Our mission is to celebrate the best of San Diego. That includes our onboard bar service, where you'll find expert mixologists serving your favorite local beers, California wines and craft cocktails. Every pour is chosen to enhance your time on the water.

Nothing captures this spirit of the moment like our Seasonal Cocktails. Right now, that means the Apple Pie Martini: vanilla vodka, amaretto, spiced apple cider, lemon, and a cinnamon finish. It's autumn in a glass.

Those in the know order our Garlic Naan Bread & Hummus appetizer whenever they take a Flagship dinner cruise. It's one of the optional starters you can add to your three-course meal, as well as a popular display choice aboard our private events charters.  Healthy and light, yet just filling enough to satisfy, hummus is a great option to make at home as well. You will be surprised to see how easy it is to recreate our delicious hummus at home.
