Steak (or anything) Marinade

  • 1c Dijon mustard
  • 2oz white wine
  • 1oz Worcestershire
  • 2oz soy sauce
  • 1T liquid smoke
  • 2T fresh garlic, minced
  • 1T Montreal steak seasoning

Method: Combine all ingredients in a medium size bowl. Use to marinate your favorite cut of steak for no less than one hour and no longer than overnight. This is also a great marinade for pork, poultry, and seafood. It is important to note that a good amount of heat is required to mellow out the strong flavor of the Dijon. Also, the amount of each ingredient is just a guideline. Feel free to use more or less of any ingredients or add fresh herbs to achieve the desired flavor.
