Duties & Responsibilities
• Set up stations with predetermined food and utensils
• Prep food items prior to cooking or assembling
• Presentation of food
• Maintain clean and sanitized work area
• Assist with deliveries and kitchen stock
• Handle removal of food items from cooler/dry storage and transport them by hand or cart to assigned vessels.

Minimum Qualifications
• Must be able to pass random drug and alcohol screenings.
• High School Diploma or GED Equivalence Certificate preferred
• Background in a la carte dining, banquets or special events
• One year as experience as prep cook.
• Knowledge of cleaning, disinfection and sterilization.
• Must be able to walk or stand for the duration of a shift.
• Available all major holidays.
