 Light eaters might choose to nibble from the mouth-watering selection of hors d’oeuvres. Those with heartier appetites will thoroughly enjoy the juicy meats, tasty vegetarian selections and fresh breads served at the food stations in the main cabin.

With no ties to dinner times or tables, your wedding guests will have complete freedom of movement around this lovely classic yacht, to mingle and chat where they please. Cozy conversations can be held in the elegantly furnished cabin; and you might even want to stop by the wheelhouse and visit with your captain.

 The open-air bow deck is perfect for dancing under the San Diego skies, whether sunlit or sparkling with starlight – the perfect way to finish your Hearts Entwined cruise.

The wedding ceremony

You may choose to have your reception with us, or for an additional fee, have the captain perform your ceremony on board before the celebration. How exquisitely romantic!

This is what we dream of! Yours will be a two-tiered wedding cake in deep chocolate or luscious white, with your choice of filling and either whipped or butter cream frosting.

 Your Yacht for a Day - The Quiet Heart

Aboard the Quiet Heart, spacious climate-controlled cabins and open-air decks ensure comfort for all your guests. Classic interiors with fresh updates lend a luxurious Southern California touch.

The open-air decks are yours for dancing and music.

A full-service galley ensures fresh, hot hors d’oeuvres. A hosted bar welcomes your party, who may relax in the exquisitely appointed cabin or on one of the open-air decks. They may even visit the wheelhouse to chat with the captain - a Quiet Heart treat unique to the Flagship Cruises and Events fleet.

Below the main deck in the owner’s cabin, you will have the privacy to catch your breath and change into something more comfortable if you desire. Then rejoin your guests on deck, to enjoy the luxury of sailing San Diego Bay on your own private yacht.

- Savory mushroom caps stuffed with fresh crab and Parmesan cheese, sprinkled with lightly seasoned breadcrumbs

- Fresh, crunchy garden crudités served with a cool dip
- Brie en croûte: Triple-cream Brie wrapped in tender puff pastry, served warm with crispy toasted almond slices, tart dried cranberries and sliced fresh-baked baguettes

Food stations
- Herb-roasted turkey, carved in exhibition accompanied by whole grain mustard, sweet and creamy apricot mayonnaise, Dijonnaise sauce and assorted freshly baked silver dollar rolls

- Sizzling grilled chicken and roasted beef fajita station served with fresh hot flour and corn tortillas, grated cheddar cheese, sour cream, salsa rojas, guacamole, and sliced jalapeños with a cilantro garnish

- Vegetarian Option: Jumbo pasta shells Florentine, filled with spinach and cheeses and seasoned with fresh Italian herbs, served with a tomato cream sauce and just a touch of basil oil
